Reset your system with breathwork

What is Breathwork

Welcome. Consciously connected breathing is a gentle yet powerful process that is grounded in the understanding that your breath is a natural and accessible pathway to balance, awareness, and self-healing.

Rhythmic, conscious breathing can support nervous system regulation and circulation, which may contribute to deeper relaxation, improved sleep quality, immune resilience, and reduced patterns of chronic tension in the body.

❋ Physical vitality and nervous system reset

Sustained breath awareness can alter brainwave activity, often helping to quiet cognitive overload and repetitive thinking and allowing for improved concentration, decision-making, and a greater sense of mental steadiness.

❋ Mental clarity and calming

Breathwork can bring stored emotional responses and subconscious material to the surface to be processed safely, supporting their integration and leading to greater emotional resilience and reduced reactivity.

❋ Psycho-emotional healing and integration

Participants may experience deeper introspection, expanded states of awareness, and increased appreciation of themselves and their lives, fostering self-acceptance and a stronger sense of inner guidance.

❋ Insight and self connection

How It Works
  • Consciously connected breathing may be a good fit if you’re open to an active, body-based practice that can shift both physiology and awareness. Sessions can feel intense at times, both physically and emotionally, so it tends to suit people willing to stay present with the breath and take responsibility for their experience. It’s not a passive relaxation technique or a substitute for medical or mental health care. If you’re looking for a structured way to work with stress, patterns, or self-connection it can be a useful tool. If you have underlying health conditions or prefer gentler approaches, it’s worth checking in with a qualified professional before participating.

  • The intake form and self-responsibility agreement are essential for establishing a safe, informed, and accountable container for breathwork. The intake ensures facilitators are aware of any medical or psychological factors that may affect participation, allowing them to adapt or screen appropriately. The agreement clarifies roles; participants take responsibility for their own boundaries and responses, while facilitators provide guidance within defined limits. Together, they set clear expectations, and support a more grounded and effective experience.

  • Use the contact form linked below to connect with Ryan and find a suitable time. Sessions are typically 1.5-2 hours and include an hour of facilitated consciously connected breathing set to music. Sessions are $180 but ask about reduced rates for financial constraints.

  • Please arrive on time. There will be props - pillows, bolsters, and mats. However, feel free to bring your own blanket or comfort items. Do not drink or eat too much before your session so that you can breathe without interruption.

  • Sessions include time before and after the breathing practice to connect with the facilitator, review any relevant information, and support integration of the experience.
